FOOD FORTUNE VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT 食来运转

How are you getting on? Hope you are doing well.
Recently I attended a landscape course at Jurong Lake Park. After the course, my friend recommended me to visit a nice vegetarian restaurant near to Jurong East area. I was excited as I could explore another new vegetarian restaurant located at West side of Singapore.
Today I would like to share with you this vegetarian restaurant which called Food Fortune Vegetarian Restaurant 食来运转。The entrance of restaurant has 70’s traditional building design feel. The design is so eye-catching when I arrived the entrance.
The restaurant interior design using light blue and white. It looks clean and tidy and making the restaurant visually more widen and comfortable.
From the entrance food guide and introduction, we found the restaurant is using handpicked organic ingredient. If we offer food to Sanghas, we will enjoy 10% off from our bill.
The restaurant producing healthy vegetarian dishes using the freshest organic fruits and vegetables in order to achieve healthy vegetarian diets in warm and welcoming environment.
Let’s take a look the menu. The Local cuisine such as Taro Abacus Seeds, Curry Vegetable, Sambal Queen, Special Tofu, Lucky Claypot Tofu, Tofu with Peanut Sauce, etc.
Besides that, the restaurant is providing Thai Vegetarian food and Japanese vegetarian food.
Let’s see below what we had ordered:
Stir fried Asparagus 炒芦笋with price S$13.00. Besides the asparagus, the added other side vegetables such as small corns, carrots, mushrooms, black fungus, and stir fried gingers. All are fresh and delicious.
It was so appetising. We enjoyed eating it with fragrant white rice.
Our next order was mushroom soup 养身茶树菇汤with price S$6.50.
The soup was fragrant and healthy. It added enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, dried mushrooms, black fungus, red dates, wolfberries, and ginseng and some Chinese herbal.
Our last order was Crispy Japanese Corn Rolls 沙拉玉米卷 with price S$8.00. The roll inner was full of sweet corns with crispy outer. It was added cucumber silks, tomatoes with special made sauce. Absolutely tasty!
I’m highly recommend this vegetarian restaurant as the dishes are delicacy and refinement. I’m sure I will back again to try other dishes.
Vegetarian food not only brings one good health but also help saves the earth by reducing carbon. Hope more people aware on this, and more consuming vegetarian food.
