Pheonix Star Dim Sum
One of my favorite Chinese cuisine is Dim sum. It's prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer bamboo baskets or on small plate.
My favorite place of having this Dim Sum is at Pheonix Star. It's located at Taman Melinium about 10 minutes from my home. The Dim Sum here is fresh and so yummy.
These are all my favourite Dim Sums and dessert. From top left is Kaya Piang which is sweet. Next to it is steam pork meat (my dad' favorite). Then we have Dim Sum with black century egg which is my favorite. Next to it is the sticky glutinous rice with pork and mushroom (my mum favorite).
Now moving on to the second row from left, we have Plain Dim Sum, Yam puffs and Fried crispy Dumplings. Last on the photo is the black pepper Dim Sum. I love all of this food. Trust me..it's delicious!
This is Chinese Yam puffs. The outer shell is crispy made yam and the filling is made from seasoned ground pork. Yupp.. it's crispy crust and yummy filling.
Unlike many other restaurants, the dim sums at this restaurant are served all day long. The price are affordable and the place is clean.
