Pleasant discovery, AYA Sushi, all you can eat above average.

A few days ago my wife tells me that they have opened a sushi restaurant near home, yes, just 5 minutes from home.
I immediately think of the usual all you can eat run by Chinese, poor quality sushi and bare environment, as often happens in Italy, but I had to change my mind.

Qualche giorno fa mia moglie mi dice che hanno aperto un ristorante di sushi vicino a casa, sì, proprio a 5 minuti da casa.
Io penso subito al solito all you can eat gestito da cinesi, sushi di scarsa qualità ed ambiente spoglio, come spesso succede in Italia, invece mi sono dovuto ricredere.

Per prima cosa vorrei parlare della location: molto curata, nulla a che vedere con i finti rimandi al sol levante che si trovano nei più classici all you can eat.
Elegante e spazioso, un ristorante che ospita moltissimi tavoli.
Il bancone enorme su cui si possono vedere le varie preparazioni e i vari camerieri molto gentili ed educati.

Un metodo ottimo e rapido.

The food, obviously not comparable to the sushi I ate in Japan, is above the average of the various all you can eat I've been to.
Many varieties of dishes, especially salmon-based dishes, some westernized things but always good.
Also inevitable Chinese dishes but the protagonist is always the fish.
I found the tuna and salmon tartare very tasty.
Only problem ... rice, sometimes too wet and salty.

Il cibo, ovviamente non paragonabile al sushi che ho mangiato in Giappone, è sopra la media dei vari all you can eat in cui sono stato.
Molta varietà di piatti, soprattutto a base di salmone, alcune cose occidentalizzate ma sempre buone.
Immancabile anche piatti della cucina cinese ma è sempre il pesce il protagonista.
Ho trovato molto gustosa la tartare di tonno e di salmone.
Unico problema... il riso, delle volte troppo bagnato e salato.
