Australia Food Guide - #24 Bangkok Sidewalk, Kirribilli
I simply can not resist when it comes to Thai Food. Together with italian and vietnamese thai is definitely my favorite kitchen. So it is no surprise that I had to try the Thai Restaurant Bangkok Sidewalk near our accommodation in Kirribilli, Sydney.
Ich kann einfach nicht widerstehen, wenn es um thailändisches Essen geht. Zusammen mit Italienisch und Vietnamesisch ist Thai definitiv meine Lieblingsküche. Kein Wunder also, dass ich das Thai Restaurant Bangkok Sidewalk in der Nähe unserer Unterkunft in Kirribilli, Sydney, probieren musste.
Since the weather was nice we sat outside. It´s close top the street which isn´t really nice but still better than sitting inside.
Da das Wetter schön war, saßen wir draußen. Es liegt in der Nähe der Straße, was nicht wirklich schön ist, aber immer noch besser als drinnen zu sitzen.
I always order one of the stir fried dishes as they are the most affordable and the biggest portions. On this evening we ordered two Stir Fried with Chillie Jam and Cashew Nuts, one with beef and the other one with chicken.
I have to say it was a good choice. The portions were big and the taste was fresh and yummy. I can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves thai food.
They don´t serve alcohol, but you can bring your own which cost a 2 Dollar corkage fee per person.
Ich bestelle immer eines der gebratenen Gerichte, da es die günstigsten und größten Portionen sind. An diesem Abend bestellten wir zwei gebratene Gerichte mit Chilimarmelade und Cashewnüssen, eins mit Rindfleisch und das andere mit Hühnchen.
Ich muss sagen, es war eine gute Wahl. Die Portionen waren groß und der Geschmack war frisch und lecker. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der thailändisches Essen liebt.
Sie servieren keinen Alkohol, aber man kann seinen eigenen mitbringen, der eine Korkgebühr von 2 Dollar pro Person kostet.
