Bali Food Guide - #37 Odyssey, Canggu Shortout
Odyssey directly on the now very well known Shortcut here in Canggu is actually a Gym with many kinds of classes like yoga and boxing. But they also have a small restaurant outside with lots of healthy pos workout dishes.
Odyssey direkt auf dem mittlerweile sehr bekannten Shortcut hier in Canggu ist eigentlich ein Fitnessstudio mit vielen Arten von Kursen wie Yoga und Boxen. Aber sie haben auch ein kleines Restaurant mit vielen gesunden Gerichten.
The restaurant is outside the building and looks very beautiful. Unfortunately it´s directly on the shortcut from Berawa to Batu Bolong, which nowadays is more like a detour than a shortcut.
Anyway it´s a good place to have a healthy lunch if it´s not to hot outside.
Das Restaurant befindet sich außerhalb des Gebäudes und sieht sehr schön aus. Leider liegt es direkt an der Abkürzung von Berawa nach Batu Bolong, was heutzutage eher ein Umweg als eine Abkürzung ist.
Auf jeden Fall ist es ein guter Ort für ein gesundes Mittagessen, wenn es draußen nicht zu heiß ist.
The menu is packed with lots of healthy dishes rich in proteins and nutrients. You´ll also get free infused water as much as you can drink.
Furthermore they have a small bar where you can buy stuff like protein powder or home made protein balls and cookies.
Auf der Speisekarte stehen viele gesunde Gerichte, die reich an Proteinen und Nährstoffen sind. Sie bekommen auch gratis Wasser, so viel Sie trinken können.
Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Bar, in der man Proteinpulver oder hausgemachte Proteinbällchen und Kekse kaufen kann.

On this day we ordered two of their healthy bowls.
- Buda Bowl red rice with broccoli, spinach peanut sauce, nuts & seeds and a slice of sourdough bread
- The wild coyote brown rice with corn, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes salsa, spinach, beans, guacamole and coconut joghurt
Both dishes taste as good as they sound. Definitely worth a visit and we will come back for sure.
An diesem Tag bestellten wir zwei ihrer gesunden Bowls.
- Buda Bowl roter Reis mit Brokkoli, Spinat-Erdnuss-Sauce, Nüssen & Samen und einer Scheibe Sauerteigbrot
- The wild coyote brauner Reis mit Mais, Feta-Käse, Kirschtomaten-Salsa, Spinat, Bohnen, Guacamole und Kokos-Joghurt
Beide Gerichte schmecken so gut wie sie klingen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
