Jaje Laklak in the Balinese community, is a small cake with a circle 3 cm in diameter, and has a taste that never dies. Very fitting as a friend to sit in the morning, coupled with the warm Balinese coffee dish.
Laklak is made from rice flour, suji leaves, coconut milk, baking powder, salt, with a sprinkling of grated coconut and sauce from palm sugar
