The Coffee Inn (TCI) is one of the first Italian ice-cream cafes and it was the capital of coffee in Nghe An in early 2018 - when cafés filled with ice cream mousse opened as mushrooms all over Nghe An
The space is wide open, employees have to say is super east, east always overwhelmed.
The beverage menu is more coffee oriented, with some teas and pancakes. I do not drink coffee should try to drink tea.
My friends are coffee, there are 3 levels under the name 3 Da Lat city, Son La, vs what forget to lose target :))))
The price is quite cheap a bit compared to the normal caf.
