Food is not just a source of energy to survive. Food has a philosophy that can add knowledge about the wisdom of life to the audience.

Besides being famous for its food traditions and delicacy, China is also famous for the beauty of language through ancient sayings about the wisdom of life. That is why it can be said that Chinese people are used to sharing love with food and language.

Chinese restaurants are spread in various countries, not just Asian countries. Tradition, and philosophy in Chinese cuisine combine into one famous delicacy.

Noodles, rice with chicken and roast duck are famous main dishes from the Chinese tradition.

Speaking of these three offerings, I found the dish when I became "Yummy Traveler".

Golden Lamian, is a typical Chinese restaurant that I will share in the topic "Yummy Traveler" today.

About Golden Lamian

Since the beginning of seeing this restaurant, the word "LAMIAN" caught my attention. Plus the atmosphere of an open kitchen showing a chef is tugging at the noodle dough. I decided to eat at this place.

Although the average Chinese dish is famous for the presence of pork, but in the restaurant Golden Lamian does not contain pork. This is because the majority of Indonesian people are Muslim, so the Golden Lamian adapts to the conditions of the Indonesian people. All offerings must be free of pork and also must be ensured halal.

I do not need to feel worried or doubtful because the dish in the Golden Lamian can be ascertained of halalness.

"GOLDEN" is defined as a dish from premium quality restaurants, and "LAMIAN" comes from Chinese which means: "hand-drawn noodles". That is why visitors can see directly the chef who is pulling a quality flour mixture for noodles.

My Choice of Dishes

My "yummy travel" to Golden Lamian led me to enjoy the taste and beauty of Chinese cuisine. I choose to enjoy Lamian, the menu is the signature dish and best-selling in this restaurant.

Lamian

I ordered Lamian with chicken and mushroom toppings. The portions are really many. No wonder food is considered a haven for Chinese citizens. The portion will really spoil you.

Many portions at reasonable prices from Golden Lamian make this restaurant the right choice for families on weekends.

Add soy sauce and chili sauce to your taste, and enjoy your Lamian. Chinese noodles are famous for the tradition of eating them using chopsticks instead of forks. Of course this has a philosophy. Noodles are eaten by sipping and must not be broken, which reflects longevity.

Say yes to Siomay! This small snack is indeed a popular Chinese dish, with its unique shape and delicious taste!

I really like the texture of the outer skin, combined with the freshness of the crust. Its small form makes Siomay a favorite snack because it's easy to enjoy.

Enjoy Siomay with soy sauce or chili sauce. Without any sauce, the original taste of Siomay will spoil your tongue. Small, but great pleasure.

Speaking of tea, there is a saying, "Tea tempers the spirit, harmonizes the mind, dispels lassitude and relieves fatigue, craves the thought and prevents drowsiness." (Lu Yu, The Classic Art of Tea)

Tea has indeed been my favorite family and drink since a long time ago. Tea is good for calming down, and refreshing the mind after a tired day of activities.

That's why I chose Tea served with ice to accompany my meal. The benefits of tea are enhanced with a refreshing lemon mixture.

Yupppp, this Lemon Tea is my favorite. Relaxing my afternoon from the height of the mall was enough to get rid of me that day. A great choice for you to calm down, or drink tea with the people closest to you.

Golden Lamian, in my opinion, is enough to represent the beauty of the taste of Chinese cuisine. You can get popular Chinese dishes at this restaurant. For those of you who don't like noodles, I suggest you order Hainan rice, with spice or duck-rich chicken complement.

The taste of food from China will make you understand that to share love is as simple as sharing Chinese delights and reflecting on the philosophical meaning of the wise sayings of Chinese society.
