Brunch of Hong Kong's Dim Sum (New WK Dining)
Hi all Steemitians,
Sunday always spend quality time with my family. Today we chose to have Hong Kong's Dim Sum as our brunch. I believe many of you ever ate Hong Kong's Style Dim Sum right? Today im gonna introduce this restaurant as this New WK Dining actually is the branch Dim Sum Wong Kwong Restaurant located at Luyang, Kota Kinabalu.
This New WK Dining is special as this shop was operating inside shopping mall name Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, just at town area.

And its time to show my foods :
Appetizer : Jelly Fish (Taste as sweet, sour, abit spicy)
Main Course 1 : Sao Mai is make by fresh pork meat and prawn and do it like a round shape
Main course 2 : Chi Mai is made by fresh pork meat
Main course 3: Steam pork ribs with pumpkin
Main course 4 : Har Gao also named as steam prawn as used to be fresh prawn meat (at least have 3 big fresh prawn wrapping it.)
Main course 5 : Dumpling soup
Main course 6 : Fried mee with cha siew meat
Chicken butter
Dessert : Liu Sha Bao is using the salted egg yolk to make it as juicy inside of the bun
The reason that i chose this place is because its located inside the shopping mall, so after you had done with brunch, you have time to walk around inside shopping mall and you can digest too. Beside that, i like the restaurant service as the staff serve with friendly, fast, and be careful. As you know Dim Sum are serving with hots, all the workers are caution when they serve to guest.
Plus this restaurant also can serve dim sum during night time as we know that others dim sum restaurant mostly are open from 6.30am till 2pm only, but here i can also can enjoy dim sum during night time too.
**Business Hour : **Daily from 10am - 9pm.
**Location : ** Inside Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, 1st Floor, beside MetroJaya Escalator, nearby Upperstar Restaurant.
Total cost of eating : RM121.24 (including with SST 6% + Service Charges)
