4duck eggs
3 Tsp salt
100 g white glutnous rice
4 pieces Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
4 tbsp fried onions
5 tablespoon serundeng
2 1/2 tsp pepper powder
4 tbsp fried shrimp powder
2 1/2 sugar

How to make

heat Afrying pan until hot enough egg crust.
put one tbsp of Vegetable sticky rice that has been soaked with water,cover and flattened out. cook for obout 2 mnt. add 1 tbsp of wet serundeng and 1tspoon of dried shrimp powder.
add 1 duck egg onto the glutinous rice and mixed seassoning flatten and stir well. cover and cook on alog heat until slightly dry
after couple of miunites, turn over the egg crust and tranfer from the pan to plate spread the dried serundeng and fried onions on top as a finishing touc
