Let's check out what sort of energy the full moon will be raining down on us.

The root energy is the 8 of Wands.

This means things that have been building for a while will finally happen, and happen quickly.
In this case, committment to action and follow through are important. Half measures are no good for us now.

The bulk of the reading starts with the 4 of Wands reversed.
This is about broken committments. People's personal stuff becomes more important than the shared committment that was made, and the promise is broken.
This is bound to suck... emotionally and probably energetically, but it is necessary.

This is followed by The Strength card.
This is time to prove to yourself how strong you are. Whatever caused the committment to be broken is going to require focus and strength to follow up on. Again, half measures are worthless.

The final card is the 4 of Pentacles.
Let go of the ideas or physical objects that keep you from changing. In order to maximize the energy of sudden change, we have to be free. Strip yourself down to a basic truth of yourself, especially if that means letting go of unnecessary things.
We need space to hold the things we want, and to make that space, we have to let go of whatever we were holding on to before.

There is positive change if we allow it in and follow through.
