What lays beneath the surface, subconscious or unconscious, are on the move. If you notice negative commentary on yourself and others, your old movie is playing. Stories from the past are making their way out of the bodymind. Do not do anything. No forcing, no analyzing, no manipulation. As water flows these thoughts are flowing out of their hiding place. Simply be, your bodymind will do all the clearing.
Hay not sure if you know, but it you go to edit in your photos and re-save them, they should come out straight, also save them as a smaller size, like right click on photo then resize down and your pictures should load straight, I had this problem at first.. good luck...
