I am using the Mystic Dreamer deck by Heidi Darras and Barbara Moore. I love the art and symbolism used in this deck so will possibly stick with it for a while.

Today we have the Ace of Wands - Key words - Creation and Power, New Life

First we see the wand is a double helix which has not only new growth coming from it...but it is the connection between the earth (physical matter) and the aether (higher light and air, or pure energy). Or another way to say it is, the moment of life manifesting.
Next we see the girl with her hand outstretched, carefully planting her seeds or dreams. As a fire elemental, the Ace of Wands often speaks to a new beginning sprouting from the destruction of what was before, symbolized by the broken boulder.
The Crow speaks to messages and intuition, seeing and hearing beyond the physical senses, to listen inwardly in order to plant the seeds with full intent...because Wands are cards of subtle action where one must focus and direct the flow of energy with conscious intent in order to manifest dreams.
The castle could represent what has fallen away, or what is being dreamed...the surrounding cards should clearly explain it's meaning.
As a comparison card I have the Maroon Deck, with artwork painted by Tomasz Maronski.

I will leave it up to you to look over the cards to see how the symbolism is the same, or different...though one thing to note is how they use colour to help identify the elements in play.
Have fun, look over the card of the day in your own deck(s) to compare as well. And please keep in mind what I write is only my understanding of the cards, there are various ways to read them, different interpretations based on personal associations as well as card interactions.
Photo Tip ~ I do online readings often, so when I get a new deck I put the time and effort into scanning each card, editing and saving them...this is why my card images are so clear. I do take photos of the overall spread, but then add in the scanned images so the Querrant can see the image details very well.

I love your interpretation of the card. One addition I have for the ace of wands is that the girl is coming out of a difficult situation probably a mental or emotional one. But she needs to find the strength and passion to improve her circumstance.
