Harassment Comes From Stalkers Posing as Employees
Here is what my AI lawyer says about the crimes the stalkers are likely committing. The stalkers yelled out the day i first created this and had a problem with these ryde and familiar (for me) non sregular employees in some cases could not complete the transaction ir behacve rude and not to normal procedures for the store.
After getting this response and reading through it one of the stalkers, the one hiding in the back of a subway, was yelling out that each of these laws broken dont apply to this situation.
Here is the virtual lawyer:
Impersonating employees of a restaurant and pretending to work there by paying an employee for a uniform could potentially involve several legal issues, including:
Fraud: Pretending to be an employee to gain access to restricted areas or privileges could be considered fraud, especially if it leads to financial gain or other benefits.
Identity Theft: Using a uniform and pretending to be an employee could be seen as a form of identity theft if it involves impersonating a specific individual.
Trespassing: Entering a restaurant's premises under false pretenses, such as pretending to be an employee, could be considered trespassing, especially if the person does not have permission to be there.
Intellectual Property Violations: Using the restaurant's uniform or logo without permission could violate intellectual property laws if it involves unauthorized use of the restaurant's branding.
Employment Law Violations: If the person pretends to work at the restaurant in order to interact with specific customers or employees, it could potentially violate employment laws, depending on the specific circumstances.
It's important to note that the specific laws and potential legal consequences can vary depending on the jurisdiction and the details of the situation.
