I recently discovered something disturbing from my mother, which, while unsettling, was somewhat expected. She thought it was one of my friends trying to mess with me. She said she would show me the letter when I visited, but I never went to see her again.

If I had seen the letter, I would have known right away that it was fake. My mom is not very optimistic about my future, so her letters would have a different tone. I found it strange that my mom would write anything like that at all.

Right after the murder, the rapist and his son, both knowing the victim, started terrorizing me. They still harass me, even playing the rapist's songs on the radio at Starbucks where I’m writing this. It’s disturbing to hear those horrible things and their claims to know things about me.

This is a private matter between the victim, her family, and the friends she confides in. It’s certainly a matter for the rapist and his son to face justice for, not something for them to laugh about with impunity. The town is horribly corrupt. You can find information about Constable Vance in the newspaper, as well as issues with a pedophile cop and the problematic RCMP members in Penticton, BC. These officers claim to be better than their predecessors but seem to just sit around and chat about these crimes.

This happened after the police complaints commission assigned Constable Kelsey Ferris, who later quit Penticton along with four subordinates, presumably investigating the missing and murdered unidentified girl at the hands of these criminals. Constable Vance was eventually fired, and there’s more information about him and this case in the news.

I don't want to discuss this further because it’s a disgusting topic, and I'm writing this in a Starbucks. Once, an old lady asked me to stop discussing this as it was ruining her lunch, so my friend and I moved our conversation elsewhere. This kind of harassment shouldn’t be happening, especially from regular people or police officers. Penticton is looking increasingly dangerous because of it.

There are two other articles in the news that you might want to research further if interested in the corrupt police in the Okanagan particularly Penticton a gentleman showed up at the Border in British Columbia the peace Arts Crossing I believe with axes in his vehicle and he said he was on the run from rapist cops he was probably sent back to the Okanagan and is probably dead and another gentleman showed up at the hospital in Penticton BC recently the police officer was cleared of all charges he shot the man while he was in the hospital and the psychiatric ward when he had a gun in his backpack as was discovered by doctors so they called the police because they're stupid and they he came and shot the guy said he was threatening people the doctors stated three times in the newspaper article that he was not threatening anybody so I read this the shot and unarmed man in the hospital and no doubt likely involved in the assault and murder of my friend
