Tapmydata App Review

Hello guys, today I'm going to be writing a short review (might be long tho. HAHA) about Tapmydata app,why do we need it and every other thing you need to know about it, so just continue reading to find out all the information you need.

So first off, I believe you guys want to know,
What is Tapmydata?
Tapmydata or Tap is an app that serves as an intermediary between individuals and companies, it enables you to almost automatically request companies to supply data they hold about you,the data sent from the company is seen by you and only you : Tapmydata cannot access the data been sent to you.

The Tapmydata apps helps people to own their digital identity, control their data and build dialogue with the organisations who hold it on their behalf.

At this point I believe have explained a little bit about what Tapmydata can be used for, but I think we have to go deeper so you can truly know why we need Tapmydata.

Why do we need Tapmydata app?
For a long time now, there has been a need for a different, beneficial approach to personal data management, I believe that we’ve reached a critical tipping point in the society, where data ownership does not favour the individual and only benefits a select few.
These has lead to the stage where Individuals have totally lost trust in the companies that became institutions in the digital age and are now demanding solutions, this is the part where Tapmydata comes in, since it's powered by end-to-end-encryption and blockchain technology, Tapmydata app helps to empower individuals to take control of their data, and builds a personal data store for them to manage this.

Some features of Tapmydata app
Great UI : I have been making using of the Tapmydata app for a while now, and I must say that I'm amazed at how the app was well designed with just two major colors Blue and white, it doesn't hurt the eyes or anything, kudos to the front-end Devs.

Request : the request section on the Tapmydata app is the page where you can find all the companies you have requested for your data are displayed.

Tapmydata : funny name for the page though, but this Tapmydata page is where you can search and find the companies you want to take back your data from, once you get to this page just look at the top you are going to see "Search Organization" that's where you can type the name of the company you want to take back your data from.

Locker : as the name implies the locker page is where you can store your data securely, you can add a photo and also go ahead to verify your personal identity there, it's just like your profile page on social media.

Reward :
The reward page is where you can see your Tap coin balance, on this page you can spend your tap token by using it to purchase Tap customized sweaters and shirts, also on the reward page you can send your tap token (although I got 1 free tap token after signing up) you can also see the all transactions done in your in the reward page.

Lastly
Explore More : once you click "more" a page/menu pops up,in this menu you can find alot of sub-menu where you can do or activate different stuffs e.g security, where you can activate PIN or Biometric Authentication which will be needed before accessing the app.

Conclusion :
The internet is ever-changing and how we control our data is extremely important. Now is the time to take back what’s ours and reclaim our freedom with Tapmydata which intends to revolutionize the industry by providing a unique framework of tools and decentralized protocols that will enable people to reclaim their data in exchange for value.
