Tala Apps is an application where you can loan online, the first loan they're offered was 1,000 pesos or $21 depends on the dollar exchange rate. If you are a good payer or borrower they can increase your next loan up to 25,000 pesos or $520.
Got my first loan which is 1,000 pesos and my first payment is on January 2018 and I will pay it for 1,150 pesos.

Verify your identity by uploading ID through their secure system no paperwork needed.
Cash sent to your bank account or the nearest Padala Center in as little as 24 hours. But I may suggest it is better sent it to your bank because I read some reviews that Padala Center is a hassle due to sometime the system put your name incorrect.
Grow with Tala and build your limit up to Php 25,000 by making loan payments on time.
