Pachyrhizus (lucky I get to type it not say it ha!)

So it’s a root from a tropical plant, I’ve only eaten it in China but it’s nice! Kind of soft, chewy and sweet! Almost like a chewy sweet (maybe like a fruit winder kind of texture)

I love the super soft ones! But I don’t eat too much of it as gotta get into shape! Haha:)
