At the Star Wars Exposition - En la Exposición de Star Wars

A few years ago came to Madrid, more specifically to the exhibition hall of the Canal de Isabel II, the exhibition of figures, costumes and models of the saga of Star Wars films. As a good fan that I am, I could not resist going to the exhibition and photographing the costumes, models and some of my favorite characters.

Hace unos años vino a Madrid, más concretamente a la sala de exposiciones del Canal de Isabel II, la exposición de las figuras, trajes y maquetas de la saga de películas Star Wars. Como buen fan que soy, no pude resistirme a ir a la exposición y fotografiar los trajes, maquetas y algunos de mis personajes favoritos.

Costumes and Characters - Trajes y Personajes

I was very impressed by the robots, and especially the costumes that carried the characters that interpreted the Jedi and Leia prices, the costume of the princess was very heavy, I do not know exactly how many kilograms would weigh but few should not be. The other suits were also impressive.

Me impresionaron mucho los robots, y sobre todo los trajes que llevaban los personajes que interpretaban a los Jedi y los precios Leia, el traje de la princesa fue muy pesado, no sé exactamente cuantos kilos pesaría pero pocos no debían ser. Los demás trajes también eran impresionantes.

Spaceships - Naves Espaciales

The models of the spaceships were beautiful, some of them had to be built in real size, it was very exciting to be so close to these fabulous spaceships that they really looked like they would fly at any moment.

Las maquetas de las naves eran preciosas, algunas de ellas tuvieron que construirse en tamaño real, fue muy emocionante estar tan cerca de estas fabulosas naves que parecían de verdad y que en cualquier momento iban a volar.

Buildings - Edificios

As for the buildings that appear in the movies, all are made with models, very few are made with computers as many think. The detail that the models have to make them look like real buildings is incredible.

En cuanto a los edificios que salen en las películas, todos están hechos con maquetas, muy pocos están realizados con ordenador como muchos pensamos. El detalle que tienen las maquetas para que parezcan edificios de verdad es increíble.

Faces and Busts - Caretas y Bustos

I could also see the faces and busts of some of the most emblematic characters of the saga, like everything else, the realization of each detail, I thought great, all details are very careful.

También pude ver las caretas y bustos de algunos de los personajes más emblemáticos de la saga, como todo lo demás, la realización del detalle de cada una de ellas, me pareció grandioso, todos los detalles están muy cuidados.
