Blockchain.info support Bitcoin Cash [BCH]!!!
Hi, welcome to my post, today i write about the portafolio blockchain now support the cryptocurrency named Bitcoin Cash (the fork of Bitcoin [BTC]).
On this occasion Blockchain.info, a platform for the exchange of digital assets, reported on August 22 in its official blog, which will support Bitcoin Cash [BCH], stating that they have been observing the behavior of the coin since its launch, recognizing that Bitcoin Cash [BCH] has developed as a blockchain for real. According to the announcement. The support will be released on August 30, 8 days after the release of the statement.
Blockchain.info reports that once they start providing support to BCH, users who owned by August 1st in bitcoins in their Blockchain wallets will be able to convert that balance to their equivalent in BCH.
Recall that for the moments prior to Bitcoin's 'fork', on July 30, Blockchain had announced that they did not plan, at the moment, to support BCH. However, the approval given by the platform to the new cryptomoneda denotes an increase of confidence of this in the market.
In case there are two separate blockchains after August 1, 2017, we will support the longer chain. As of today, we have no immediate plans to fully support the Bitcoin Cash fork within our flagship product. However, if BCH becomes a real chain and market, users will be able to use their 'catch phrase' (back up of funds stored in the portfolio) to export their funds and use them in that new chain, regardless of Whether or not Blockchain supports it.
