Jaywick
Jaywick was inspired by a 1960's cinefilm of holiday makers to Jaywick, which was then a retreat for the middle classes, with cute chalets and huts from which to enjoy your stay in on the Essex coast. It's now altogether different, and the goto subject for Channel 5 poverty porn and Daily Mail articles about the poorest place in Britain. This track was written with the former version of Jaywick in mind. It's structure was mostly improvides in Ableton with some analog synth plugins used to create a melodic, ambient, soundscape-y kind of feel...
