Allow Me 2 Introduce Myself 🌲

Afternoon Steemit,

Today I decided I wanted to play some poker & found out I needed an introductory post so here we are. Usually not one to write about myself.

I have been on steemit for about a month & think this platform is a tremendous idea. Kept hearing some of my favorite channels like World Alternate Media, Gregory mannarino, & money gps talking about this site so tried it & am very pleased.

A big focus of mine is health. I go to yoga class 3-6 times a week & love it. This winter I am making a point to spend a lot of time outside in just my shorts to improve my circulation. It’s a nice warm 43F here today

In addition to yoga classes I get a lot of work out of this hill. I come out here barefoot & chest & flip this tire up the hill to the old barn. Then I roll the tire down the hill where this tree catches it, walk down & sprint up. If I am feeling good I will do 10 full sprints up this hill. So good for the blood flow. I need to incorporate running backwards up this hill!

If you follow my blog you will see a lot of cannabis posts. I am a huge proponent of people growing there own organic medicinal plants at home & believe every home should have garden beds integrated into the system. I learned a lot of grow techniques from people sharing info for free online & would love to pay it forward by sharing my photos, techniques & thoughts.
