Chocolate Hills of Bohol

The Chocolate Hills is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the Philippines and is located in Carmen, Bohol. There are more than a thousand of this cone-shaped hills spread in this area which completely confuse geologists as to how they were formed. These hills are covered with grass and turns chocolate brown during dry season which the name was derived from. Unfortunately, they were green when we went there. The scenery was literally breath-taking. It took our breaths away as we climb one of the hills to get to the view deck. But it was all worth the effort to see those almost uniform hills. Nothing really beats God's creation!
