Low-down US military tactics!
Wikileaks recently exposed the CIA's ability to implement cyber tactics whereby actual US hacking can be assigned blame onto a third party (see Wikileaks Vault 8 - The Hive).
Now, the US intends to reverse engineer and manufacture Russian weaponry which it will equip to its proxy military forces -- like ISIS, Al Qaeda and others -- either in the Middle East, The Stan Region or Africa, perhaps even in our Southern Hemisphere. Currently the US purchases such weaponry on the black market. This is largely how ISIS and Al Qaeda got equipped in Syria.

Ever wonder how Syria's rogue militants got hold of so many Toyota pick-up trucks that got mounted with machine guns?
Interestingly, when the Syrian Army captures weapons it publicly displays what it captured, regardless of the source of manufacture. When the US-backed SDF military forces capture weapons there is no public display as it's likely these weapons simply get recycled back into the mix.
If more citizens were aware what the US government is actually doing, I don't think they'd support the current breed of politicians who enable this to happen. War is not a sound policy for children and other living things!
