Ever wondered how you could synchronise folders without having a NAS ? Answer is: SyncToy

I recently found a microsoft freeware application called synctoy that syncs pair of folders. Here is the video:

Basic Characteristics and forms of usage shown on the video:

1. Whenever one folder is getting a new file, 2nd folder is updated.

2. You can use either a combo pair of primary-backup folder or like a fake/virtual 'raid 0' technique.

3. Use windows task scheduler to automate the backing up process every day (for example)
