The journey across the Bosphorus from Asia to Europe

in #swmchallenge6 years ago

Hello!

Today we will take a trip to the Bosphorus and see the work of landscape designers of Istanbul in the prestigious area of Saryer. Recently, this industry is gaining momentum. Set up a special company, which has enhanced tourism in Istanbul. Every Park, every side of the road isn't ignored. Somewhere artificial flowers on the wall, which looks very nice and green all year round. And the walls are not empty. The fact is that Istanbul is a hilly city. There are a lot of tunnels and bridges. Landscapers manage to do it everywhere the beauty.

Let's start our journey from Kadikoy district. This is the Asian part of Istanbul.

This is what part of Kadikoy waterfront looks like. There is always a huge number of people. Who is waiting for his boat, and who the bus. Many just sit and bask in the sun. Kadikoy metro station is located next to the port. Transportation here in Istanbul.

In the Kadikoy sea port a lot of buildings. But I especially like the old small Ottoman-style port. Earlier the building looked really bad, the repair was not. But now in Istanbul, massive reconstruction and restoration. Every day some old building acquires a new life. And the old port now shines on the coast of the Marmara sea.

In Kadikoy there is always where to turn. Ports go into a long beach promenade. And near the Park, where you can relax and sit quietly.  The Park is planted with trees and meadow of flowers is always shining.

That's our favorite sea bus.  He has a new model, but these are the ships I love. They felt some kind of historical mystery. You sit down, you bring delicious tea and go on a new adventure. No matter how much you move around the Marmara sea and the Bosphorus - it is always new emotions and stunning views. You can't get used to it.

As soon as you leave the port, you are immediately greeted by the building of Haydarpasa railway station. Its architecture always attracts the attention of tourists. Germans worked on this project at the beginning of the 20th century.

Train station goes smoothly in the sea port of Haydarpaşa.

Cargo the port of haydarpaşa will meet you here with such huge cocks that make loading and unloading containers.

Within 7 minutes of our journey we see the Asian shore of Uskudar.

That Maiden tower is a symbol of Istanbul. Smoothly we moved from the waters of the Marmara sea to the Bosphorus. The Bosphorus starts from the sea port of haydarpaşa.

In the distance we see the European part of Istanbul and Topkapi Palace.

On the way we meet a variety of ships. Usually small boats are rented by tourists. Often they celebrate the anniversaries and weddings on the Bosphorus. In this case, the boat or boat is in constant motion. Romance! Loud music, people singing and dancing.

Here is and quay Uskudara. Promenade is called Salacak.

Our sea bus landed in Uskudar to pick up their passengers. The whole shore in Uskudar will soon acquire a new look. It is very expanded. Now there are construction works. In the background you can see a flock of gulls that have accumulated at the fish market Uskudar. They know where to visit to fly.

Here he is port Uskudar with its boats and houses in the background.

A small sea bus decided to catch up with us...

Such cargo ships a day on the Bosphorus to pass a huge number. When he gets very close to the sea bus, it seems like we're the bugs next to such a giant.

Here it is the first bridge over the Bosphorus!

Passengers of our ship of absolutely different nationality.

This is the second bridge across the Bosphorus (1985) - named Mehmed Fatih.  The Japanese company worked on creation of the bridge.

We will be met by Saryer district-the European part of Istanbul. The fishermen are working on the production of the Bosphorus.

If you are coming to Istanbul, you can take any sea bus and ride to different parts of Istanbul. It's always a fascinating journey. It is not necessary to take special tours of the Bosphorus. The only thing that will need to do a few transplants. On the other hand, it is good, because you can walk in different parts of the city.

Promenade Surya very long and beautiful. Views of the Bosphorus and the beauty of the buildings you will love here.

In this area are very contrasting buildings. Old houses and buildings are intertwined with modern style. Many new houses are built in Ottoman style.

At the beginning of the promenade you can rent a bike, if you have time. We went on a day off, so we didn't wait for free bicycles.

In Sariyer, near the waterfront, is the Museum of Sakya Sabani . A private Museum created one of the richest families of Turkey Sabani. The main direction is the art of calligraphy. Represented by 400 exhibits. The development of this direction over the past 500 years is shown.

The Museum is famous for its paintings by Ottoman artists and there are some paintings by Aivazovsky. The Museum was founded recently, in this year will be only 20 years old. In addition here is 300 exhibits of paintings and valuable collection of things gathered himself Sabani. The ticket price is 30 TL. The free Elgiz Museum of contemporary art is also located in the area.

Towards emirgan Park there is a small Park with children's entertainment. Located next to the Bosphorus.

Any green meadow by Turkish big families is used for picnics and recreation.

Here we are again arrived in one of the most beautiful parks in Istanbul Emirgan. It is so big that we have parts to show everything that is there.

At first, the Park was immediately greeted with a photo shoot of the newlyweds. They were in position lying down:)

I really liked such chaotic small tulips. They look kind of homely.

Here's a globalism in the expanse of the Park!

Artificial waterfall is a beautiful addition to everything that is in the Park. Who is in Istanbul doing the whole beauty of the design?

In 1997 the company which bears the name "Tree and a landscape"was created. So they just decided to call themselves. All landscape searches and registration of streets, parks and territories near a state structure are made by the Tree and landscape company.

Beautiful rocks with waterfalls and artificial lakes are created in the parks. Looks very natural.

Never think that all this beauty made by the hands of the people.

There is even an imitation of mountain streams. I was really shocked.

Here is such a beautiful waterfall. Everyone loves to take photos here.

In the water we see a small island with plantations.

This is another island with a monument to storks. After all, we all know who brings children into the family;)

Beautiful view from different sides of the lake. Butterfly night light bulbs is lit by different colors.

Fountain in the center of the Park. Now he's in light mode.

Of course, add Tulip beauty! The Tulip festival in Istanbul continues thanks to the great efforts of the company "Tree and landscape". I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their great work in the great Istanbul!!!
