There are many types of swimming such as: butterfly swimming, frog swimming, dog swimming, swimming ... But any type of swimming can help you have good health. Here are some of the most common swimmers in Swimming, the easiest to learn for beginner swimmers.

The current sports swimwear consists of four types:

  1. Tramp Swimming (also known as swimming)

  2. Butterfly Swimming

  3. Swim backstroke

  4. Swim frogs.

The four types of swimming are applied in the current sport competition, and the main part of the swimming activities to practice, relax in the swimming pool. That is the kind of swimming that requires little or much learning, technical training. Also included are some swimming patterns that are common in spontaneous swimmers such as dog swimming, snorkeling.

#Freestyle stroke: the fastest type of swimming. Using the two arms continuously staggered forward, wiping the rear as the main driving force to move forward. Body up straight, not up and down like frog swimming, butterfly swimming. Legs waving staggered, with the form almost straighten the pillow, straighten the two feet, the angle folding fold less. When swimming swiftly, the effect of the beating of the foot is usually small, largely to keep the hindquarters buoyant, keeping the entire body aligned, almost equal to the water surface.

#Butterfly stroke, or sometimes Fly stroke, Dolphin stroke is the fastest, most technical and physically demanding method of combining the body. In butterflies, the movements of the hands are symmetrical, the legs close together, the water pedal like the dolphin tail, the body together up and down to create a bending rhythmic wave.

#Backstroke: The swimmer's technique is quite similar to swimming with his buttocks, but his body posture is upside down.

#Frogs (Breaststroke): The slowest of the four types of swimming, the frog swimming under the water.
