we need to talk. i was just thinking of an emergency kinda app the other day and this ties together.
That's great! One use case is certainly and early warning system and rapid response mechanism. The other is a more general decentralisation of local and global news. Both require teaching people how to do it correctly and supporting them with the right process / functionality. I always hoped someone would build an app for both on the steemchain.
