People that are from Michigan are crazy about this fruity swirled flavor. Crazy enough to eat a ridiculously large amount. It may be because you cannot get this flavor anywhere except in Michigan.

The original Superman Ice Cream was first produced during prohibition and was swirled Lemon ice cream with Blue Moon and Red Pop (two other uniquely Michigan flavors) to imitate the three primary colors of Superman’s costume.

Though never licensed or approved by the originators of Superman; DC COMICS the flavor has developed a cult following. In most stores it is called Super Rainbow, or Scooperman but everyone in Michigan knows it's true name.
