Sweet pumpkin recipe

How to make it:

  • First we can buy a small quantity of sweet pumpkin from the market. Then it has to be pre-prepared by throwing the shell in its own shape as per one's wish.

  • And in order to increase its taste and add obsession, a small amount of shrimp should be prepared with it. These shrimps should be prepared in a clean and tidy manner.

  • Garlic paste and onion should be taken in small quantity to taste. And two to three garlic should be rubbed clean and washed with water.

  • Now you have to put the pan on the stove and if there is water in the pan, after it dries, you have to add enough oil.

  • Then when the oil is a little hot, you have to leave the shrimp on it to fry the fish. Fry it for about a minute with salt and turmeric.

  • Then the spices that have been put in the batter to make this leaf should be left inside the oil in the pan. Then a rough song will come. Give the same amount of salt, lightly dried chilli powder, turmeric.

  • And you have to put a little water in the pan, when the water is dry, you have to add a little more oil.

  • Then after leaving the sweet pumpkin should give adequate amount of salt and turmeric. And keep it for a while so that the spice mixes with this sweet pumpkin.

  • Then cover with a lid and keep on low heat for about 10 minutes.

  • After 10 minutes, loosen it and cover it again by stirring for a while.

  • After 5 minutes, lift the lid and move it again and after moving it for a while, this position will be suitable for eating in five to seven minutes.

  • Then clean one and put it down here.

In this way you can easily make a delicious term for sweet pumpkin.

We know that vitamin deficiency causes night blindness and this sweet pumpkin fills the deficiency of this vitamin. And that's a big advantage of it, but the price is a lot lower than other nutritious foods. So you can all eat in an affordable way.
