SUGAR LOLLIPOPS

To make these rich sugar palettes we only need two ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 ice bucket
wooden sticks
If you want to give color you can add vegetable colorant of the color that you like, now if you are going to work with the preparation of this delicious snack.

Preparation

1- in a saucepan place the cup of sugar and the teaspoon of vinegar over medium heat

2- Wait for the candy to form to the point of the yarn and add the coloring.

3- Grease the mold and pour the hot caramel.

4- let stand for 2 minutes and place the wooden sticks.

5- Let cool at room temperature for 2 hours and unmold

You can do them in different ways and two or more colors.
