Welcome to the steem community! I share a lot of your concerns regarding our country. It has unfortunately gone downhill very quickly in the last couple of years. Each and every soul that wakes up is a step in the right direction. It's not our fault that we have been misled and indoctrinated all our lives. Keep spreading the word and hopefully we can turn this back around in the right direction sometime in our lifetime, if not at least for the next generations sake. Free speech up until now has only been an illusion, with blockchain a lot of new exciting things are going to happen, and the power structures are going to change but it will take time, keep the spirit up! :)
