How easy it is to draw an arrow cat-eye — step by step instructions

I often have to repeat in their records (especially in comments) that I am not a makeup artist and not even some kind of home makeover guru; I don't know how to do very much. In fact, in my opinion, is the value of blogs: there are simple people with hands growing where got show that can make with make a mere mortal.

Recently I wanted to try to make yourself arrow cat-eye or cat-eye. No confidence that I can do this, I was not. However, it was unexpectedly found that it is actually very simple, and I'm really hooked on these wide curved retro-arrows. When I showed them on instagram, commenting on some of complained about the difficulty of execution; but it is not so, and I want to now step by step to show you how simple these arrows are drawn.

Now about the eyeliner. In my experience, the easiest to use still gel eyeliner in jar with brush. It does not spread, it is easy to dial the desired number, it allows you to interrupt the line and continue to draw (still the arrow "without lifting a hand" is not always), it does not set tightly as a liquid eyeliner, so the line is easy to adjust. Although, of course, is a matter of taste, but I'll show the arrows, drawn exactly like this eyeliner.

In order for everything to go smoothly, it is advisable to have some simple accessories like a cotton swab, a toothpick, a cotton swab, concealer, and if there is — pencil-corrector.

I have several, but for a shooter I prefer Mavala — he has a sharp beveled tip that is perfectly suited for this.

Begin to draw. There is a lot of debate about how to draw first tail of the arrow or the outline of a century; in fact, in our case it is absolutely unimportant, because they are drawn separately. I will start now with the tail. And here's the thing: drawing the tail must continue the line of the lower eyelid.

Ponytail while "rough", the flaws can be corrected, but here's the idea: it is in this position relative to the line century, the tail will have to create a curve with raised eyes and straight line — if omitted.

Now just take and draw the circuit, connecting it with the tail. As you know, it was possible to start with the outline, and then draw a tail, they are each other independent.

In principle, we already have a ready arrow, although thin would have a bit higher to make the line of the tail to break.

But we have other problems. Now we recall the planimetry and draw such a simple thing as a triangle: join the upper tip of the tail and the middle of the century.

Since the line will pass through the crease, it can be intermittent — not terrible, all will doricum. Now we need to paint the triangle on the inside. If we did everything correctly, here's what we get:

And when we open our eyes, a straight line — voila! — turns into a beautiful curve:

Actually, I have many times to do that, but every time happy as a child. Now that you mention it — how simple and how beautiful.

The most difficult thing now is eyelashes; for such arrows are not visible, I painted them almost in five layers, but I'm not sure this is a good way. On the lips I added pink glitter (by the way, this is the new Givenchy summer collection) for a sort of retro-glam makeup. Although it is possible and bright lipstick, of course.
