The technology behind the Swaap exchange is blockchain. The process to acquire Swaap token is easy and simple and there is no time boundary. User deposit collateral on the platform, the market value of it assessed and the user is issued with Swaap token directly on their ERC-20 wallet.
To avoid the risk of liquidity against each SAP an exchange token SAPX is issued. Once the user redeems the token a 2-stage process will occur. First SAP will be exchanged with SAPX and then SAPX is exchanged with fiat currency.
Liquidity pool
The collateral deposited by user will be transferred securely into the liquidity pool. This pool is the key feature of the platform. It will provide the collaterisation and liquidations of token. All the tokens will be converted into smart contracts representing different fiat currencies and assets. The users will have a 24/7 access to them via the platform.
