“Gathering” - Steemit Vision Quest #16- Empowering One Another
The time has come to gather together.
To share our knowledge and our skills. To empower one another, to begin to heal ourselves and the planet. We all hold so much power within ourselves, for many that power has laid dormant, that inner wisdom that we have carried with us from the day we were born. The ability to listen to ourselves, to heal ourselves, to tap into the power of the earth.
To realize the connection we have and the energy we share and exchange. To realize that our greatest communication is not in the spoken language. That in some ways it actually hinders us, because it limits our ability to communicate with all beings.
We need to be open and have faith in our own abilities. Our power, our energy comes from within and that energy we can send out into the world. Imagine the power we create when we all come together.This is a gathering of visions, of energy and healing. This is the Gathering to bring about Change,
Gathering
We can journey on our own in this Vision Quest,
taking us to many different places within ourselves,
opening our hearts to these gifts we receive,
to the wisdom re-learnt
and the new ideas conceived,
Standing Taller and surer
coming into our power
listening to the earth
to our bodies and each other.
We can Journey alone
and still we will learn
but in Gathering together
we will reaffirm our power
and stand stronger altogether.
I have been led to this point,
by the visions I have shared
and now
we stand together
united
and ready
to bring about change.
The Ceremony
So enter this sacred place
that is out amongst the trees,
remembering all land and life is sacred,
remembering to listen to their pleas,
this awareness we have achieved,
this connection we have woven and weaved,
it has helped us rediscover the wisdom
that we once all believed.
Relearning, reconnecting,
mind, body and soul
to the earth,
to the sky,
to the true meaning of you and I.
Come let us sit together in the circle,
let our connection spiral down to the ground,
let us welcome all the ancestors to come and gather round.
Let us call in all the elements,
bringing forth their qualities and their strengths,
allowing their energies to guide us,
to help us create with true intend.
In Gathering and sharing our knowledge and wisdom we empower one another. In Gathering and sharing our energy with one another with all living beings we are opening ourselves up the the magic and wisdom that the earth holds. We need to do this in order to unite, in order to truly honour ourselves and our beautiful planet and all the life she holds. We gather our energy, our healing energy and send it out into the world. We are the ones we have been waiting for and the time is now to create the world we wish to live in.

thank you @eco-alex, I loved that alter, it was there for the birth of my second daughter and for her welcoming ceremony, it stayed in Ireland and is now being used by a friend, I do love all these things that link us together, to me it shows that we are on the right track connecting with one another xx
