Aburi Salmon Nigiri

One side with a torch and the other side has a distinct grilled flavor and aroma. Perfect! I have been always eating salmon raw. Japan is creative, so many way of cooking and serving Salmon and so many different flavor from the same type of fish. I'm in awe!!
