If my hair wasn’t so curly I’d let it grow and let the wind blow in it standing in my yard. I can see people looking over at me like, “what is he doing?”

Thankfully by the time I began growing my hair out by the time it reached my shoulders I began thinning enough on top I went back to my buzz cut, lol.

That's right! Because some of us are long hared freaky people. I always keep my hair tied back. Usually about 6 or 7 hair ties to get all mine back.
Yup. Movement attracts the eye and hair in the breeze creates a lot of movement.
