Smoking more danger 10 x when after eating

in #survey7 years ago (edited)

A study conducted at the University of Illorin Teaching Hospital in Nigeria showed that smoking after meals was 10 times more dangerous than smoking at other times. after we consume food, the body will work to absorb the various nutrients needed so that blood circulation will actively distribute these nutrients. unfortunately, the harmful substances that are in the cigarette will also participate in the distribution of nutrients throughout the body through the blood circulation so that toxins in cigarettes will also spread throughout the body.

this study shows that various organs of the body like the intestines, kidneys, liver, or even cardiovascular organs like the heart will be at risk of getting various dangerous diseases if we often smoke after eating. in addition to the organs of the body, this habit is also at risk will make sexual problems in the body like impotence or even decreased sperm quality.

although the risk of smoking at times other than after eating is not as dangerous as time after eating, it does not mean we can carelessly smoke considering the bad effects of cigarettes coming from various dangerous content
