The first waves XXL of the season 2018 entered the day 17 and 18 in January, at Nazaré.
And there were many who seized the opportunity. Several big wave riders, including Ross Clark Jones, Hugo Vau, João Guedes, Axxi Munian, Benjamin Sanshis or Sebastian Steudtner were in this session, such as Toby Cunningham, Andrew Kar, Maia Gabeira, Justin Dupont and many others.
Strong offshore wind and the usual flood of crowds filled the North Beach frame.
