HI EVERYONE!

You, or some of you, must have known or heard of Astral Projection.

This is a supernatural phenomenon. Sleep paralysis and Lucid Dream may we experience during sleep, this form of phenomenon is related to astral.

What Astral Is?

Astral projection (or astral travel) is a term used in esotericism to describe a willful out-of-body experience

that assumes the existence of a soul or consciousness called an "astral body" that is separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it throughout the universe.

Actually, I am not interested in supernatural things, but this time I want to discuss astral, moreover, a film will be made with the theme "ASTRAL". Hm, isn't it interesting?!

Astral Projection Method

There are several types of Astral Projection methods that I read on the internet, but I am not interested in doing so. What should we do to meet astral projections? Here I describe:

We must succeed in making ourselves in the condition of "deep relaxation".
For that, we have to lie down and start to tighten, then we will stretch our muscles, starting from the leg muscles to the facial muscles. Make our minds calm, close our eyes, but don't let us fall asleep.
After we have achieved the condition of "very deep relaxation", it's time to control the breath.
We have to breathe slowly and deeply, we must feel each breath that enters and exits from inside our body.
We must do the two things above until we feel that we have entered our realm of relaxation more deeper.
If we feel that our original body is getting heavier and heavier, then it's time to shape our astral body.

After that point we do, then to form the astral body, we have to imagine something light, like feathers or cotton that is flying. Feel that our body becomes very light and drifts upward.

In the next stage, we will be said to have succeeded in entering astral projection when we can create "infrared", which previously only seemed pitch black, then bright because it was filled with lights.
We need heavy concentrations, until we succeed in making the lights that illuminate the room, becoming much brighter than before.
Lastly, we will be surprised, (don't be surprised!) when we look down, we will see our bodies sleeping soundly.

Congratulations, our astral projection has succeeded!!!

Scientific Explanation

There is still debate among scientists about this astral projection, even though some science fiction films explain it in a slightly reasonable way, such as Marvel Doctor Strange and the Astral movie.

However, modern quantum physics theory is very acceptable. Psychics may know more about this, but not from a scientific point of view, because it has been around since ancient times, when people on earth were scared of ghosts.

Steemians, interested in trying it? Then what risks will we get, such as; we cannot go back to the original body, or we will be in Sleep paralysis. All there are risks, and, you bear your own risk! :D
