it is sooooooo funny you just posted this hahaha I swear right before I came to this reply I just added your name to todays minnow support list, you got your upvote today at 50 percent on that last comment i just replied back to. I literally just got done typing your name in lol. As far as your question, no you cant "apply" I have to just find a persons content that I feel is helping in some way (yours obviously did) and then i vote. I try to do one vote for each type of content 1. interaction 2 crypto related 3 general help 4 art 5 poetry/blog etc and or anything else that I just feel is helping us here on steemit.

          Btw you've options:

          1. If you want to curate content manually, then you could join the @curie team.
          2. If you want to support old posts which were amazing but did not earn much, then you can support @whatamidoing's The Deadpost Initiative!
          3. @sjennon is also providing support to minnows through her Sjennon Support initiative for a whole week to 3 participants. Maybe you could help her support 3 more? :)

          Or you could continue with your initiative with modifications too; anything helps. :D
