The Steem Poker League now has our own curation trail!

If you are someone who is busy, and often times finds it difficult to consistently upvote SPL posts, the curation trail will solve this problem for you.
Now you may be wondering what the benefits are to joining the trail, and this is a good question, because you could always just add SPL to your steemauto and auto vote posts without following the trail, but by following, you are going to maximize curation rewards for your account! How is this possible?

Because accounts with 500 SP or more will vote on a delay, which means more curation for you!

Let's take a moment now to answer some questions you may have before joining the SPL curation trail.

• What posts will the curation trail upvote?

Great question! The SPL curation trail is set to automatically vote for all of the posts created by @spl. This means SPL is added to the fanbase section of steemauto. The SPL curation trail will also vote (manually) for hosts poker promotion posts that are added to the #poker-post-promotion server in the SPL Discord. When a post has been manually voted, the trail manager (@futuremind) will generally react to the post in the server with chippy.

• Do I need to be a member of SPL to follow the curation trail?

No! Anyone can follow the curation trail, and benefit from curation rewards!

• What is the current upvote value of the SPL curation trail?

The SPL curation trail is still new, but has some amazing support thus far. As of current calculation, the curation trail is voting at 0.63 Cents USD. This amount has been calculated via Steemworld, with current vote weights set, utilizing the SP simulator.

• Will updates be posted, regarding the curation trail?

Yes, the account that is currently triggering the curation trail, (@starrykinght)will have updates regarding changes to the trail. The changes that will be listed will include: Follower base, vote value, and any technical changes that may happen over time. SPL may also post from time to time regarding major changes in the trail. All of the liquid revenue generated from the trigger account will be sent to @lucksacks.com to assist with support as well.

• How can I join the SPL curation trail?

This next section will be dedicated to instructions for following the trail.

Step 1:

• Visit the steemauto website, and log in. This can be done easily via steemconnect, and by default, you will be logged into the dashboard. Click on the curation trail tab.

Step 2:

• Search for trail by inputting account name starrykinght (no @ symbol)

Step 3:

• Follow the trail, and adjust your settings accordingly. You can vote at a fixed weight, or scaled. (fixed will bring you better curation rewards if set high) and you can adjust the time your account waits to vote after the trigger account (starrykinght) votes. For accounts larger than 500 SP, we kindly ask that you set your vote time for two minutes. Anyone lower than 500 is welcome to leave their vote time set at the default 0. Leaving it set to 0, will bring better curation rewards. The trigger account votes at 20 minutes from time of post creation on SPL, and hosts poker promotion posts are manually voted at varying times.
