7 for 1: Seven strong users help one weak user

I am looking for ways how we can find an alternative to government welfare.

The idea is that 7 strong people help one weak person.

I think that after a while the weak person will gain confidence, health, and so on and will then be able to stand on his own feet.

What do you think about it?
