    There are two ways, via youtube or via d.tube / dlive :

    1. YouTube, just upload the video to your YouTube channel and then include the link to that video in the post.

    2. d.tube / dlive. : You upload the video via the d.tube / dlive site.

    Its pretty self-explanatory when you first have done it a few times... there are a lot of small tweaks that I think you will learn from doing it a lot.
