Hello feryza - thanks for the message. Remember that when you vote on a bot, the total reward you get depends on how many other people also bid. (So if you are the only one, you get a big reward, if other people voted, you get a smaller reward).
One service we know that garauntees returns is smartsteem however, most other bots use bidding - meaning that profit is not garaunteed.
Another way to check is looking at the min roi garaunteed by any bot you are using, and making sure it is a positive value. However, many bots, have either none, or a negative value - allowing for people to decide whether to bid or not.
If you wish, estabond can remove that vote and refund this time, although this is not part of our (or other bots service level agreement)
