In this post, @sydesjokes has listed the 3 exchanges that trade in SUP Coin. You would need to get an account for one of them and exchange to another coin. I am not sure if steem is on any of those exchanges. It is unlikely the you have enough sup to make this worthwhile. Do you know the value of the sup you have now?

    its 33k SUP and i dont know value in USD.

      You just look up the coin in coingecko or any other service like that. 33K is about $2.45 usd. You are much better off to use it to boost your posts.
