- Collect: We are in the age of information overload and before you blink, newspapers, and other forms of information are being generated every day. The problem is that we are unable to keep up with this overload so one merit of Omnity.io is to collect files via individuals by just using drag and drop method to Omnity, or organizations via file upload option or batch import content from cloud-based computers such as AWS or Box and so on and this files, document or papers will go through quality control process to sieve out files that has one issues or the other ranging from misspelt words, date stamp and above all to sidestep replication.

Omnity is here to interconnect the data previously collected with each other using exceptional common words. On this, the team has spent about four year formulating the best way to interconnect documents and discovered that a combination of Zipf’s and Heap’s laws is better that the regular meta data method.
- Protect: This is the las but not the least processing techniques yet very important. The process will be incomplete without protection, hence Omnity will employ insight graph which is an intelligent means of protecting documents from threats.
