Good morning Japan.... sunrise at Mt Fuji...# sunthursday

Good morning everybody,

Today's pictures are from my first hike up Mt Fuji in Japan when we were lucky to enjoy a splendid sunrise.
We started hiking around 11pm at night an reached top about 5am perfectly in time to be rewarded by the early morning sun.
Seeing the sun rising over a wide sea of clouds was truly spectacular.

That's definitely some experience I only can recommend to everybody.

These are beautiful! It reminds me of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak in Korea (also known as Sunrise Peak). It's also a popular spot for sunrise photos, especially during the New Year.

Hi @maxinpower. Great post and I loved your introduction post aswell. I think you're doing great. I've always wanted to climb Mt Fuji and watch the sunrise. Will hopefully get the opportunity one day. Keep up the good work and keep blogging about the things you're passionate about.

Fuji climbing season is very short, mostly only in July and August due to the weather

I lived in Japan for 3 years and my most favorite view as of Mt Fugi, especially when the cherry blossums were blooming! Thanks for sharing! followed, upvoted and resteemed.
