After The Golden Hour, Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Sunsets are beautiful. Especially when you are on a stretch of beach where the sun sets on the water. This is why I love going to Ajman in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Ajman is the smallest of the seven emirates. It seems to nice relaxed ambience and is not as conservative as some emirates. What I always love when I come in the evening are the sunsets, at any time of the year. But what happens when the sun has finally set. The sun may have gone but it takes a while for all the colours to disappear before the sky turns pitch dark.

This was the evening in December when we decided to go to Ajman on the spur of the moment. December is nice because the temperatures are cooler. It is also just before Christmas. I just love this next picture. I think my wife, @sherylneil, took this one on my camera.

The sunsets in Ajman are beautiful. It is my favourite emirate. I would rather come here than seek the bright lights of Dubai. The atmosphere is much more relaxed here.

However, the hour is late and it is time for me to rest.
