Why Do we go to church on Sunday?. See why

What comes to your mind when you hear "today is Sunday?".
I guess the very first thought that comes to your mind (for Christians) is to iron your cloth,dress more than you've ever dressed throughout the week and go to church.
To some,its more like a social gathering where they go to meet new friends, probably the opposite sex and also show up.

But have you ever thought about why they have Sunday's and why you actually go to church ?.

Well, Sunday is specifically meant to go worship our maker,appreciate him for how he has kept us throughout the week. Tell him, how you're nothing without him.

Secondly, its a day set aside to get our self refreshed. It's a day we go get the inspiration and motivation to conquer the whole things we might face in the new week. As the Bible says "the entrance of the word giveth light " and this exactly what the word of God we hear on Sunday does for us. It lifts our spirit from depression of the last week. So if you don't go to church or go with intentions of seeing your friends, get a changed mentality.
